Her legacy lives on through this foundation, which continues her mission of bringing hope, dignity, and practical support to children, families, and communities who need it most.

The Petal Patricia Foundation was established in loving memory of Petal Patricia Poulis, whose life was defined by compassion, generosity, and service to others. Guided by her example, the Foundation exists to continue her legacy through humanitarian outreach, education, feeding programs, and community care. Today, the Foundation is led by its founders, who are committed to preserving her values and ensuring that every initiative reflects the spirit of service she lived each day.
Founder & Board Chair
Sean Fernandes is the Founder and Board Chair of the Petal Patricia Foundation. Inspired by a personal calling to serve others and by the extraordinary legacy of his late mother-in-law, Petal Patricia Poulis, Sean established the Foundation to transform compassion into lasting action. As Board Chair, he provides strategic vision, governance, and long-term leadership, ensuring every decision remains faithful to the Foundation's humanitarian mission.
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Alicia Fernandes is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Petal Patricia Foundation. As the daughter of Petal Patricia Poulis, Alicia carries forward her mother's lifelong example of generosity, kindness, and service. She oversees the Foundation's day-to-day operations, community engagement, volunteer initiatives, and program development, helping transform the Foundation's mission into meaningful action.
The Board provides oversight, accountability, and strategic governance for the Foundation. It ensures all programs remain aligned with the mission and legacy of Petal Patricia Poulis.
